Our son and daughter are currently patients at Wired Orthodontics. We have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Mark Nalbandian. At the initial visits he took the time to explain treatment options, timelines, and what results are to be expected throughout the process. Dr. Mark also shows us videos and images so we can have a better understanding of the treatment process – it’s great to actually see what is being done rather than just being told! And at each visit, he gives us updates on how the treatment is going and what is expected moving forward. His support staff is also wonderful – very communicative and pleasant at each visit. Our children truly enjoy going to their appointments as Dr. Mark is fully engaged with his patients and great with kids. We are very happy we chose Wired Orthodontics. As a young professional who decided to get braces later than most, I was nervous about the cost, time and outcome. I was referred to Dr. Mark Nalbandian through a family friend. I was very impressed not only by his patient care; but by the thoroughness and time he took to explain the process.

He understood what I hoped to achieve and was honest about what needed to be done and realistic as to what could be done. He eased any apprehension I had and I felt valued and heard throughout the process. His courteous and warm staff went above and beyond, ie: contacting my health benefits to ensure my coverage, sending reminders and doing their best to accommodate my work schedule.

My experience at Wired Orthodontics was amazing. I am extremely happy with how my teeth look now. Dr. Mark is an excellent orthodontist. In the beginning of the process he thoroughly explained the procedure, different treatment options, the costs and what to expect. He also showed videos which explained and showed how teeth move and what they would look like after various treatment options. He is very patient, friendly and has amazing work ethic. The staffs are also very friendly and cooperative. The place is very clean and well maintained. Paying in installments is a great option that they have. I’ve been a patient at Wired Orthodontics for nearly 3 years and I must say that it has been an awesome experience coming here! Dr. Mark connects really well with his patients. He’s always checking up and asking what’s been new which definitely makes the monthly appointments much more meaningful. Dr. Mark also thoroughly explains each step, procedure or new equipment so you have a better understanding about your progress and how to maintain proper responsibilities (regarding your braces). He always answered clearly to every question I had for him, and believe me I had plenty!
